The company is now looking for a full time Customer Service Representative directly for our operations that are focused in Norton (VA, USA) to handle various shifts (meaning - nights, days and week-ends). Besides, the chosen individual will also be required to work holidays. Primary the Customer Service Representative position duties may include rendering top class customer service to the company customers, accurate and efficient entering of all customer service requests directly into the company's data management system as well as performing all gate-keeping functions that are relevant to the trip authorization, and resolving issues and complaints.
Requirements
Basic requirements for the Customer Service Representative position may include:
- High School Diploma or general education degree.
- Previous in-bound Call Center experience.
- Exceptional customer service / phone skills.
- Solid problem solving, communications and time management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to professionally communicate in verbal and written manner.
- Bi-lingual ability (English / Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to get along with a great variety of individuals.
- Ability to comprehend as well as work in accordance with given instructions.
